Thank you for reporting the issue regarding the UG. After reviewing the bug report, we have determined that it is not a bug that requires further action at this time. It is very common for different people to have different understandings of how to categorize content. From our perspective, we want users to see the key features of our app first, such as adding a patient or appointment, as these are the main functions that build the database. Deleting patients and searching for appointment dates are features that come after the main adding features. Moreover, since this is a small app with a limited number of features, the current table of contents is actually quite clear. It is inappropriate to use the phrase "far from" in this small table. In sum, this is not related to the quality of documentation. However, we appreciate your feedback. Thank you again for your contribution to the testing process.

Table of content should have been better categorize, with all commands related to patients, appointment and medical ceritficate grouped together. this will make it much easier to read. E.g. search appointment is now far from "Make or change an appointment and Mark an appointment" and deleting a patient is far from adding a patient.
