Capitalization of NRIC #19

All NRIC should be capitalized.

Team's Response

Nric or NRIC does not affects the understanding of the term. In addition, we choose to use Nric instead of NRIC is because of check style issue.

Reason for disagreement: NRIC should be capitalized, since it is an acronyms of National Registration Identity Card. Typically, acronyms and initialisms are written in all capital letters to distinguish them from ordinary words.

I agree that it does not affect the understanding of the term. Hence, I classified it as a cosmetic issue.
I am not sure why this is not in scope as the current spelling is clearly incorrect.
I am not sure why checkstyle is ran on the UG, since it is not a code.
