Script for Generating Gene bed files #168

Dear author,

I would like very much to interpret and understand how the corresponding gene bed files GRCh38.refgenes.genescore.adjusted.RData and GRCh38.refgenes.genescore.simple.RData are generated. Would you be able to provide more information on that including related scripts or examples.
