Details:
Commit1: removed the ssgsea plot, and added a hallmark gene set.
Commit2: The previous merging function in TRUST cohort is not exactly matching, which causes problems.
Commit3: add the "check.names" parameter to avoid adding X in front of the NumberID as the column name.
Commit4: the code of the new fusion bar plot is too long. I just created a new plating function R source outside the fusion_plot.R, it will be easier to do debug in the future.
