Problem with TRUST4 BCR entropy calculation #234

Dear all, i have a problem with calculating the bcr clonality/entropy running following command: single_sample_bcr_clonality <- getClonality(sample, cdr3.bcr.heavy, start=3, end=10).

As a result, I get sample clonality "MSI001" "0.0985630735501625" NA

cdr3.1.bcr.heavy.csv

Attached I added the bcr.heavy.csv. Could you please help me? Thanks in advance. Best regards

I'm not sure which package you used for calculating the clonality. It returned the value 0.096, and anything wrong with this number?
