run of Fastq file error #287

Good morning,

Since quite a time im trying to extract data using trust4. However im having the following error : "Need to use -f to specify the receptor genome sequence. system /*/***/**/bin/fastq-extractor -t 64 -f //**/resultsTrust4F/trust4-processing/hg38_bcrtcr.fa -o /outputpath/ ..... failed: 256 at path/****/bin/run-trust4 line 48

i think i just found the problem when i wrote the mistake, one of the path seems wrong so it cannot access the reference file
