What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install Gurtle,

2. go to my project directory,

3. click on "Commit" (in the TortoiseSVN menu) and the "Commit dialog box" is
opened.

4. where is the "Issues button2 ??!

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
There isn't the "Issues button" in the "Commit dialog box".

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Gurtle 0.6.0.236 x64

Windows 7 x64, TortoiseSVN 1.6.12 Build 20536 - 64 Bit, .NET Framewrok 2.0
installed

You need to either configure Gurtle for a project working directory via
TortoiseSVN settings or setup certain bugtraq properties in your project
repository. See the Parameters [1] wiki for details.
