Scheduler Import Button Caption after unsuccessful imports #106

Describe the bug After an unsuccessful schedule import, the caption of the Import Button remains to be "Importing..." in the same session

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'Scheduler.'
  2. Click on 'Create New.'
  3. Import an invalid schedule
  4. Button caption stuck on "Importing..."
  5. Open some random link in the same page (do not refresh)
  6. Come back to the import schedule modal
  7. Button caption still shows "Importing..."

Expected behavior Step 4 and 7 should be "Import"
