当一个空单元格所在行有更高的单元格，或其本身设置了 
height 时误报。如果设置的高度不小于 padding-top + padding-bottom 
时，在 IE 中看不出高度上的差异。就是说，一个空单元格在 
IE6 IE7 IE8(Q) 中的最终高度也许会大于等于上下 padding 的和。
