在使用gdc-client进行下载TCGA-RCC数据集时产生 ERROR: Max retries exceeded.的报错，请问作者有遇到这种报错吗？该如何解决该报错？我尝试调整了gdc-client的相关值，如http_chunk_size 的大小为4096，设置retry_amount = 10，wait_time =30.0，但是依旧在下载过程中遇到该问题

没有遇到过。可能是网络问题，或者硬盘可用容量不够。
