Upgrade DotNetOpenAuth dependency #229

An unofficial prerelease of DotNetOpenAuth is consumed by this library, making 
it difficult to consume by folks using the official releases.

I've prepared a change which you can pull into your repo to update 
DotNetOpenAuth to v4.1 and switches that, and other dependencies to use NuGet 
for easier updating in the future.

Thank you for supplying this change, but it has already been fixed on the 
future release branch. The 1.3 release should be available soon and should have 
this fix included. You can also see it by updating to the 1.3 branch.
