njit-client doesn't work in SYSU East Campus(中山大学东校区) by default #1

This observation is confirmed by me and another Linux user in SYSU EC.

Some people say that SYSU EC uses plain text password. You may ask the following guys for detail. https://github.com/houqp https://github.com/humiaozuzu https://github.com/xndcn

I hope that you can add a configuration option for plain text password. So GNU/Linux users in SYSU EC do not have to hack and recompile the code themselves. The option should not be enabled by default, since MD5 password is the most common case.

Thank you very much... Maybe there should be another developing branch such as 'sysu-client' for SYSU's students?

This is compile-time configuration. I prefer run-time configuration. It requires more code but simplifies source and binary distribution.

Dear friends from SYSU(中山大学): Good night! Please feel free to commit any source code patches for this 8021xclient. I hope there could be a new customized client sysu8021xclient forked from njit8021xclient, or even a better one that could do more run-time configurations for both of us!
