You could e-mail leslie.xiong@forward-innovation.com to ask the company for use. I have all videos but I have no right to distribute them.

This is Yongqi Dong a PhD researcher at TTS lab, Transport and Planning, TU Delft. I am wiring to inquire about the Forward View Lane (FVL) dataset described in End-to-end Lane Shape Prediction with Transformers https://arxiv.org/pdf/2011.04233.pdf.
