CL.exe 與不允許類型名稱

Current behavior 我已經將大部分的設定做完，並且也把config.h裡面的定義改過但還是出現了幾個問題大致上分兩個第一個是: 嚴重性程式碼說明專案檔案行隱藏項目狀態錯誤 (作用中) E0254 不允許類型名稱 libeasypr E:\opencv\EasyPR-master\src\core\chars_identify.cpp

第二個是
嚴重性程式碼說明專案檔案行隱藏項目狀態錯誤 TRK0005 找不到: "CL.exe"。系統找不到指定的檔案。

好像沒看到其他人有這類型的問題第二個問題上網查了一下似乎是要重新安裝?但是我跑其他的opencv的功能不會出現這項不知道問題何在，希望大神幫忙解惑
