Do you confirm that this problem is caused by ezgdi? If I install QQ2010 Beta
(http://im.qq.com/) in Sandboxie under Windows 7, I get the error message as
attachment, no matter with or without gdipp. If I try the exactly same thing in
my
Windows XP virtual machine, no error with or without gdipp. This error only
appears
in certain installer packages. Most installer packages are OK.
Therefore I consider this problem mostly not an ezgdi or gdipp issue.

I had this problem using different computers and, at first, I couldn't figure
out
what was wrong. It happened to all aplications, even Google Chrome that I used
often
with Sandboxie. I compared the software on both PCs and tried removing the
things in
common. My first thought was Avira, but the erros continued even after removing
it.
The problem disappeard right after removing EzGDI. My conclusion is that it is
ralated to a incompatibility between EasyHook and Sanboxie invoker application
(Start.exe) beacuse all software running from the sandbox folder behaved as
expected.
I don't know whether it can be fixed or or not, maybe fixing Sandboxie would be
easier.
Since I discovered this problem I started using gdipp and I haven't had no
problems
until now.
About your error: have you used Sandboxie and EzGDI together? The application is
opened after the error?

No, not ezgdi. I tested with gdipp (http://code.google.com/p/gdipp/, my other
project). However, the hooking mechanism of the both is the same. This problem
is a
bit weird, because even if I exclude all Sandboxie processes, meaning the dll
is not
actually injected, there is still error message. I haven't look into this
problem
deeply, but even if I do, it might not help ezgdi.

I found it a bit weird too. Now, I'll be using gdipp, since it works properly
with
Sandboxie. I've tried gpipp using both registry and service method with
success, so
maybe EasyHook isn't the problem.
And thanks for looking into the issue.
