This would be caused by the UAC (if you enabled). Could you try to manually
extract the installer (with the provided script) and copy the missing file(s)
to the Windows System directory? If you need further assistance, let me know.

Yes, I always keep the UAC enabled just in case. I have solved the problem by
adding gdipp directory to the system environment variable PATH.

installed gdipp 0.9 beta on Win 7 x64 Pro
When I starting Google Chrome I also this like error message.
gdipp installed as Windows service. What I have to do to fix this error?
Google Chrome version is 16.0.912.77
