Move to github or bitbucket to make it easier to contribute the project (with 
pull requests for example)

I think this is definitely a good idea for the future.  For now though, Google 
Code allows us to host downloads that make it easy to distribute the software.  
Unfortunately, they are removing that feature in January 2014.  With that 
feature gone it would probably make sense to move to something like GitHub 
where it's easy for people to fork the project and send pull requests for 
modified code, etc.

I have migrated the repository over to GitHub here: 
https://github.com/tectonicus/tectonicus
All 'official' development work will now be done there.
