Android 4.0.1 ICS can not install #20

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.download .apk file and try to install it on ICS device (NOVO 7 Paladin) 
2.Installation ends with "file corrupt" error.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Android 4.0.1 ICS and SeialPort-api r46

Please provide any additional information below.
I am not sure if this is an issue with the ICS or the device.

any suggestions? anything I can test.
