Adding new recipe allows for same entries if one of the input is different #3

When trying with add pizza, 24, 340, egg/dairy/red meat, dinner, www.food.com, it adds this new pizza recipe. However, when tried with add pizza, 24, 340, egg/dairy/red meat, breakfast, www.food.com, the same pizza recipe is allowed to be added with only changes in the category (from dinner to breakfast), but what is shown in the food list is the exact same thing, which might be confusing. Same goes for minor changes in other inputs for MINUTES, KCALS, ALLERGIES, and URL.

Might be more logical to allow for same NAME entries only for the case where the URL is different (because I think that is the key deliverable of the app, which is to allow users to keep track of the URL they found for a specific recipe).
