I am hoping to try out the algorithm you developed, but noticed that there is no documentation on how to train a new model based on the user's own set of IHC/H&E slides, to predict protein levels for a user-specified gene. I'm wondering if that is an option, and would there be example code you can provide to help me with doing that?
