Thank you for the contribution! I'll try adding it, but please be aware that it
will only work as expected if your device has the appropriate characters
available in its system fonts. On my Nexus S, the characters are showing as
empty boxes when viewing the attached patch in the web browser. Does it look ok
for you? Which system are you using?

I've made a build including this layout, please try v1.23rc2 (or later) from
http://code.google.com/p/hackerskeyboard/downloads/list :

However, this only shows placeholder rectangles instead of the expected
characters on my Nexus S (Gingerbread). Does this work on your system?

Thank you for your help. It worked every well, and it must be worked for
specific font. So, How can I put to language characters into the Portrait
keyboard which is 4row keyboard.

Sorry for the late response, I had missed your question earlier.

For the 4-row layout, you'd need to make a copy of the kbd_qwerty.xml file with
appropriate replacements. For example, take a look at the Hebrew keyboard here:

http://code.google.com/p/hackerskeyboard/source/browse/java/res/xml-iw/kbd_qwert
y.xml

You can add alternates if there are rarely-used characters that don't fit on
the main keyboard. See
http://code.google.com/p/hackerskeyboard/wiki/AddingNewLayouts for more details.
