Only presenter can see student's webcams. Students don't see other student's webcams #1031

For some teaching scenarios, it's not appropriate for other students to see the 
web cam of others.  An example would be in K12 where seeing others would 
distract the student from focusing on the teacher.

Enable only the presenter to see other webcams.  Students do not see other 
student's web cams.  See

This is what I'm looking for from beginning. Otherwise BBB looks messed with 
plenty of students windows.
