Clients cycle rapidly though multiple presentations uploaded using API #1219

Typically, when multiple presentations are uploaded at meeting creation using 
the API, the presentations are displayed as conversion is completed, with the 
last conversion ultimately being the current presentation.  Intermittently, the 
clients will rapidly cycle through the uploaded presentations.  They continue 
to cycle until either you leave and reenter the room, or change presenters 
several times.

This happens in my environment maybe one out of ten times a meeting is created 
with multiple presentations.  It appears to be related to the speed at which 
the conversions complete--I have not been able to recreate the problem on a 
slower machine.

I am currently reviewing the logs to see if I can tell what is different when 
the problem occurs.
