Presentation window fit to width not displaying whole page.

I uploaded one pdf file on presentation.
I navigate to next page.
Click on Maximize (right top on presentation window). 
Now I click on "presentation window fit to width" (bottom right side), then it 
fit to the window, but it displaying not whole content of the page.

It hiding some of the content of the page and if i click on the next it goes to 
next page of the document.

Problem in this presentation view(presentation window fit to width) we can't 
read whole data of any page.
If want to read all data of page, we have to switch to "presentation window fit 
to page".
Suggestion: In the view of "presentation window fit to width", if vertical 
scroll bar is available then it can overcome the problem, because every time 
switching the presentation view(from width fit to page fit) to read the 
document, then attendee will confuse.

Which version of BigBlueButton are you finding this bug?  Can you test against

   http://dev081.bigbluebutton.org/

and let us know if you can reproduce it there.

Thanks.  we are doing quite a lot of stress testing on the server and pushing 
it pretty hard.  It will be back up shortly for more testing.
