german locale logout confirm #1683

there are no locale for logout confirm dialog in germen, they are commented 
out. please could you provide the german version? :)

bbb.logout.confirm.title = Abmelden bestätigen
bbb.logout.confirm.message = Sind sie sicher, dass sie sich abmelden möchten?
bbb.logout.confirm.yes = Ja
bbb.logout.confirm.no = Nein
