can not upload and display presentation on bbb-android #1729

I can able to Assign presenter but i cannot upload and show presentation from 
BBB-android

Hi Nasir,

This is by design, as we can deliver a fully working native mobile client for 
viewers, and then add the presentation capabilities in a future release.

If we tried to do everything in the first release for a native mobile client, 
it would take us much longer.  Better to break it into chunks.
