Can not Record and Playback

I begin to try the BBB system.
My environment is:
  windows 7 ultimate;
  VMware-workstation-full-10.0.1-1379776;
  bigbluebutton081-VM.zip;
  FireFox27.0.1;
  Adobe Flash Player 12 plugin(the newest)
  jre1.7.0_51 in windows 7.

  The bbb081 was installed successfully and could be accessed.
  But I try to record and playback many times("API examples"->"Record" ), only one time worked fine.I followed the step in topic "Record and Playback", Please refer to the attaches:
1. 0.txt is the result of "sudo bbb-conf --check";
2. 1.png is the screenshot of record UI;
3. 2.png is the result of "ps ax | grep god | grep -v grep";
4. 3.png is the result of "sudo bbb-record --debug";
   it is said no archive files,but all those files are there, please see the 4.png.
5. 5.png is the result of "bbb-record --list", Just one meeting could be 
playback.

And there is no /var/log/bigbluebutton/sanity.log;
                /var/log/bigbluebutton/presentation/process-INTERNAL-MEETING-ID.log(such as "6e35e3b2778883f5db637d7a5dba0a427f692e91-1392778836154")
               /var/log/bigbluebutton/slides/process-INTERNAL-MEETING-ID.log
               /var/log/bigbluebutton/presentation/publish-INTERNAL-MEETING-ID.log
               /var/log/bigbluebutton/slides/publish-INTERNAL-MEETING-ID.log

BTW, If I access the "http://demo.bigbluebutton.org/", "Record and Playback" 
works fine.

So any suggest?
