Audio & Video Issues #1744

There is an issue when it comes to audio and video settings. When I am on my 
school's (Marist) network, it works fine. When trying to join a meeting from an 
external network it doesn't work. The test sound and audio works fine before 
but when I join the meeting no one can hear and I can hear no one.

What you're experiencing is likely not a problem with BigBlueButton, but rather 
an issue with your school's firewall.

If you post to the setup group 
(https://groups.google.com/forum/#!forum/bigbluebutton-setup) it will be much 
easier to help you.
