Not able to see presenter's webcam after got kicked out #1750

One client had an issue that some students got kicked out and then came back 
not able to see the presenter's webcam. But other students were able to see the 
presenter's webcam.

What could be causing this issue?

Your problem is likely not a bug with BigBlueButton; rather, it's a network 
issue (there is a minimum threshold of bandwidth and network stability for 
BigBlueButton to work), but we need to ask a series of questions first.  If in 
the end we determine there is a bug, we'll go ahead and open an issue.

To get the thread started, can you you have one (or more) of your users 

  1. Do speed test of their network at http://speedtest.net/ 
  2. Have them do a test at http://demo.bigbluebutton.org/

and post the results to bigbluebutton-setup.  We'll help you there.
