Problematic shortcuts - Githubissues

I've been playing with the shortcuts, and there are some that are not working 
properly. I'm trying http://demo.bigbluebutton.org using Firefox 26.0 on Ubuntu 
13.04.

First, if I join a meeting, open the shortcut help window, close the shortcut 
help window, change the locale and open the shortcut help window again, the 
strings do not get updated to the new locale.

. control+shift+Minus Minimize current window
. control+shift+Plus Maximize current window
Actually they work, but not using the indicated shortcut:
. control+Minus Minimize current window
. control+Equal Maximize current window
Also, they do not work using the keys from the keypad

. control+shift+Q Focus out of Flash window
Doesn't work

. control+shift+2 Move focus to the Webcam window
Doesn't work

. control+shift+A Mute everyone but the presenter
Doesn't work

. control+shift+I Focus the chat input field
Not only focus the input field but also types "I" in the chat :)

* Users shortcuts

. control+P Make selected person presenter
Works only for the first time

. control+A Mute or unmute all users
Doesn't work

* Presentation shortcuts

. control+C Focus the presentation slide
Doesn't work (at least there's no indication that the focus is in the 
presentation slide)

. control+A Go to previous slide
Doesn't work

* Chat shortcuts

. Left Arrow Nagivate to the first message
Doesn't work

. Up Arrow Nagivate to the previous message
Doesn't work

. Down Arrow Nagivate to the next message
Doesn't work

. Right Arrow Nagivate to the latest message
Doesn't work

(All the previous shortcuts were tested with the focus on the chat box, not 
sure if it's supposed to work only with screen readers)

I'll retry the test using Google Chrome on Windows and post as a comment to 
this issue.
