PresentationHandler has a hard coded reference to a directory #1757

PresentationHandler.java contains a hard coded reference to /var/bigbluebutton, 
rather than picking up raw_presentation_src from bigbluebutton.yml. This makes 
life difficult when you want to mount the artifact directories on NAS.
