audio not working the very first time on chrome using mac

The very first time a user connects to BigBlueButton and joins to the voice 
conference using Chrome and Mac. It doesn't work the mic. For reproduce this 
bug (it should be in a completely new domain with BBB installed):

1) Join to the voice conference in BBB
2) accept both permissions dialog (flash and chrome)
3) The user will appear in the voice conference, however, the mic doesn't work.

If you already have visited before this domain, do the following:

In google chrome, go to settings -> privacy [content settings] -> Media [Manage 
exceptions] 
Over there delete the host that you are going to test the bug, then you should 
be able to test the bug.

Not sure about the other OSs.
