Mic blurring to indicate user talking is too subtle #1761

When there are more than 10 users in a meeting, the blurring of mic to indicate 
a user is talking is too subtle.

This is problematic when a user is causing echo as it's difficult to find who 
is the culprit.

We need to change the icon into something else (e.g. bar going up and down) to 
indicate that the user is emitting sound in the conference.
