We have experienced the conexion drop of Chrome clients, while Firefox clients
continues in the video conference. The error message is "conexion to the server
has been closed". we havent found relevant messages on red5 log.
Could this be caused by insufficient memory??
Thanks

Can you reproduce this drop reliability? If so, can you have the user test
against your server *and* the following server

  http://demo.bigbluebutton.org/

and let us know if both connections drop (or just one).

We tested using two connections from Chrome (one as private navigation) and
one with Firefox in the same computer, as we need to do autentication in a
customized interface in php. Both Chrome client disconects, and Firefox
remains active, that make me thinks it was not caused for network
unstability.
We tried to reproduce the error but in the las moth happend just two times,
could be related with a memory issue (currently we have 4GB installed)?

Let me take a shot at this ... are you using a laptop with a wireless adaptor
enabled? We've noticed on Chrome, if the underlying network changes (such as a
the wireless network adaptor connects/disconnects to a wireless network), then
Chrome (or more specifically the Flash runtime that ships with Chrome) will
send a network disconnect event to the client.

If the above is matching your setup, try disabling the wireless adaptor
(assuming you are connected to a wired network).
