Audio Settings help #1783

On the screen "Audio Settings" the icon “?” 

opens this url:
http://test.bigbluebutton.org/help.html

but it redirects to: 
http://bigbluebutton.org/videos/  (probably not the address wanted)

This is currently the default.

The contents for help.html are actually a redirect that, if you setup a 
BigBlueButton server, can redirect to any page you want.

For the final build, we'll likely have it still redirect to the videos page, 
but we'll have built out the list of videos for 0.9.0.
