KickUser not functioning on test.bigbluebutton.org #1786

Simulation steps:
Enter a meeting with two different usernames on test.bigbluebutton.org
Verify that the user who will be kicking is a moderator.
Kick the other user via the icon in the user list.
The kicked out user will remain in the meeting.

Red5 log entry when simulated on my lxc:
[ERROR] [RTMPExecutor#S2JS8EKRKSYAI-1] org.red5.server.service.ServiceInvoker - 
Method kickUser with parameters [] not found in 
org.bigbluebutton.conference.service.participants.ParticipantsService@1d423e21

Fixed.

Marking this as Won't Fix as it was reported on un-released code (development 
wasn't finished).

After we release 0.9.0-dev, we'll use the issue tracker to record any issues.
