When connecting to WebRTC audio on Ubuntu 12.04 using FireFox, the browser does
not prompt the user for access to their microphone unless the user explicitly
clicks on the address bar to show the permissions dialog.
This dialog appears without clicking on Mac OS X and Windows.
We need to extend BigBlueButton to detect the Linux OS and FireFox environment
and prompt the user to click on the address bar to trigger the permissions
dialog.
