Hide the start/stop record button #1796

Extend the config.xml so to hide the record button and start recording when the 
first person enters (like ti worked in 0.81).

This is for cases where an on-line tutoring application wants to ensure that 
all the session is recorded.

Added 2 params (autoStartRecording and allowStartStopRecording) in the CREATE 
API call.
