The java script API is unable to turn on audio #1804

The JavaScript API in 0.9.0-beta is unable to turn 

1.  Go to 

  http://demo.bigbluebutton.org/client/demo11.html

2.  Join the session
3.  Cancel the audio settings dialog
4.  Click the headset icon on the HTML5 page to start audio

Added the necessary javascript libraries for WebRTC, but still not working.  
Need to investigate further.
