Error 1004 WebRCT issue

When trying to connect to says "Detected the following webrtc issue Error 1004

This may not be an error in BigBlueButton; rather, it's likely something is 
preventing your browser from making the proper connections.

1. Can you try 

  http://demo.bigbluebutton.org/

Do you get the same result?

2.  Are you behind a firewall?

3. Are behind an HTTP Proxy?

Good evening.

Firstly I created an instance in amazon console server, after I installed big 
blue button 0.9.0, and after when I ran the instance and the big blue button, I 
get this error: Detected the following WebRTC issue: Error 1002: Could not make 
a WebSocket connection. Do you want to try Flash instead? . Also I was to quest 
if the demo doesn't have the error, because I already tested, so the version 
0.9.0 which it is on the web, does it have the error?

Others are posting similar problems and getting them resolved. The issue not a 
bug with BigBlueButton; rather, there are configuration issues you need to make 
with the BigBlueButton install to have it properly run on EC2.  See
