Passing both voiceBridge and webVoice params will still record the audio. 

WebVoice parameter is not used in BigBlueButton anymore. It was experimental to 
have different voice conference ids for web users and phone callers but we 
found that having only one (voiceBridge) is better. 

We will be removing the WebVoice parameter in the near future. We'll mark it as 
deprecated in 0.90 release.
