Download next few slides in background to speed up advancement to next slide #1838

We've noticed that if a presenter is on a slower connection, when they click 
next to advance the slides, it may take upwards of 5 seconds for their slides 
to appear whereas other on a faster connection would see the slides sooner.

Investigate having the BigBlueButton client download the current slides as well 
as two or three slides ahead.  This way, the slides will advance more 
responsively for all users.
