getJoinMeetingURL for only valid once #1854

Im having trouble with API, 

It is when moderator click the link to join the room, then he closes the room 
then why when he attempts to re-join by clicking the same link it become 
unvalid. 

the JoinMeetingURL or the MeetingID is become deleted, this is shown by when i 
try to get the meeting info from server (by using the api to get meeting info). 

i never try this for the attendances roles. 

is there any configuration so that moderator can enter the room more than once ?
