record=false is ignored #1878

Hello,

BigBlueButton ignores "record=false" API parameter and records all sessions. 
Can it be fixed?

Hi Stanislav,

How did you determine that record=false is still recording the session.  Can 
you test your 0.81 server with demo10.jsp (install the bbb-demo package).

We're pretty sure the API call is acting appropriately, but we'd be interested 
to dig further if you can share the logic you used to conclude record=false is 
ignored.

Hello,

At some point in time I noticed that video of a participant is cycling. I 
thought it was a temporary flash player bug. Another time I saw the same issue 
with another participant and it was going like this:
1) I see the participant coming to his place and doing something
2) I close video box from this participant and open again by clicking on a 
"view webcam" icon
3) I see the participant coming to his place and doing something (just the same 
episode I have seen before)
4) I have repeated this several time and got the same result

After this I began to wonder if there are streams recorded on the server. I 
have checked bbb-records --list and found a lot of records at least for the 
last week. After this I have checked /usr/share/red5/webapps/video/streams and 
found a lot of directories with *.flv files.
