Change HeapDumpPath in bbb-red5.sh #1886

Change 

-XX:HeapDumpPath=/usr/share/red5/diagnostics/diagnostics_red5_$1

to

-XX:HeapDumpPath=/usr/share/red5/diagnostics

If there is already a mem dump named diagnostics_red5_start in the directory, 
no new mem dump is done. Changing the path to only a directory allows having 
multiple heap dumps.

Fixed.  This fix will be in the next update to BigBlueButton 0.9.0-bea
