Moderator does not have mute/unmute button after refresh with lock settings for audio engaged #1890

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  Sign into demo.bigbluebutton.org as moderator from two browsers
2.  In one browser, use lock settings to lock audio
3.  In the other browser, refresh

When the moderator rejoins, they should have their mute/unmute button, 

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

Fixed in master (thanks Tiago for the updates).  This fix will become available 
in the next update to BigBlueButton 0.9.0-beta.
