Drop-up menu for setting text-tool font-size can get cut-off #1900

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start drawing a text box near the top of the presentation
2. Click the font-size box

Expect to see all the choices, but if the text box is too near the top, some of 
the values can get cut off.
