Chrome 41 (or later) running on a network with IPv6 may fail to connect to webRTC audio #1910

Starting with Google Chrome version 41, Google Chrome now attempts to use IPv6
addresses when connecting to WebRTC audio.

We are currently investigating an IPV6-related issue where the user's audio
connection with microphone (not listen only) in Chrome 41 with the screen
displaying "Connecting..." for a few minutes before falling back to Flash.

At the moment, IPv6 deployment is fairly rare, and most people do not yet have
internet connections with IPv6 enabled. As a result, few people will see this
issue.

Affected users can work around the problem by using Mozilla Firefox.

Reported upstream to FreeSWITCH: https://freeswitch.org/jira/browse/FS-7396

They have now published a fix, and I've verified that it works. We just need to
do a new FreeSWITCH build to update BBB.

The newer version of FreeSWITCH will be in the next update to BigBlueButton
0.9.0-beta.
