Widescreen webcams (e.g. 1280x720) show up in wrong aspect ratio #1913

If you share a webcam using the 1280x720 resolution (16:9 aspect ratio), other 
viewers in the session see it displayed in 4:3 aspect ratio, and the video 
looks squished.
