Dear Friends,

First of all thanks for supporting Localization on BigBlueButton.
This issue already has been reported,
(here: https://code.google.com/p/bigbluebutton/issues/detail?id=686)

but i want to ask a question about it; if I install flex 4.5 in server does 
this help this issue or i need to compile BBB some how?
can you explain a little please

It's not as simple as installing Flex 4.5 as the current flexlib windowing 
components (used in BigBlueButton for each of the visual components) are not 
supported in 4.5 and would need to be replaced.
